Q: Where does the money go to?
A: The money that is paid through tournament registrations, tournament sponsorships, and donations goes to help student-athletes, coaches, officials, and media personnel, in the Region Four community with emergency needs.

Q: Why is there a dress code for the golf tournament?
A: The dress code is not ours. If the venue where the tournament is held has a dress code for participants and attendees, then we must abide by it.

Q: Do I have to pay for lunch?
A: No. Your lunch is included with your paid registration.

Q: When I checked in, I received a ticket. What is the ticket for?
A: The ticket you are given upon check-in is so that you may receive your meal. Keep up with it because the number will be used to award door prizes at the conclusion of the tournament.

Q: What type of food / beverages will be served?
A1: Depending on the venue: Hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, barbecue, slaw, hush puppies, etc.
A2: Beverages: Sweet tea, bottled water, various sodas

Q: Will beverages be provided during the tournament?
A: Yes. We will have volunteers going around with beverages on carts so that the teams stay hydrated.

Q: When you say "Region Four". What area does that include?
A: Region Four includes the following counties: Cumberland, Richmond, Scotland, Hoke, Sampson, Robeson, Bladen, and Columbus.

Q: How do I become a tournament sponsor?
A: It's easy, just head over to our New Sponsor page and signup or contact one of our committee members for more information.

Q: How do I donate to the Region Four Fund?
A1: Online: Go to our "Why donate" page and follow the steps there.
A2: By mail: You can mail us a check (payable to "Region Four Coaches-Officials Emergency Relief Fund") to Chad Barbour, 7010 Surrey Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306.

Q: What if I can't donate money but I am able to donate other items for the tournament. Will you accept those?
A: Certainly! If you have items that can be given away as door prizes or that can go in the gift bags we give to our teams that is great. Please contact us for more information!

Q: Is my donation tax deductable?
A: Yes

Q: Is my sponsorship tax deductable?
A: Yes

Q: What is your Tax ID#?
A: Our Tax ID number will be provided to you upon request.

Q: Are there any prizes awarded?
A: Yes, the top three teams in each flight will receive prizes as well as Closest to the Pin (Men and Women), Longest Drive (Men and Women) and for players that hit a "Hole In One". Pleae note that these are subject to change for each tournament. If there is a putting contest and a golfer makes his/her putt, then the winner(s) will be announced at the conclusion of the tournament.

Q: I see you have pictures of past tournaments up on your website and I would like to get our picture taken at the next tournament. Who do I contact?
A: We have photographers going around to take pictures during the tournament for our website. If you would like, pictures can be taken before you head out on the course. If you prefer one out on the course, ask the photographer to take your picture as they come by. Make sure to strike a great pose!
